Keynote Speaker: Dan Murphy
Dan Murphy is an award-winning journalist and author. He has reported for ESPN for more than a decade, where he currently covers stories at the intersection of sports and larger societal issues for ESPN’s investigative reporting team. He is co-author of Start By Believing, a thoroughly reported account of the fight to bring serial sexual abuser Larry Nassar to justice. His work has won a Peabody Award, an IRE Sports Investigation of the Year Award and the EVAWI National Media Award, among others. He lives in Cambridge, Mass.
The Barn at Gibbet Hill
The Barn at Gibbet Hill is a tastefully restored 100-year-old barn overlooking rolling hills of conservation land. A popular and picturesque event space at the foot of Gibbet Hill in Groton, MA, the venue can support 220 people and includes a year-round deck space. Attendees can relax beneath the charming wooden beams of the barn’s architectural interior or play a game of bean bag toss on the sprawling lawn.
